Prices
All prices are quoted as export price in USDollars net F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand. The prices would be increased by 15% if the ring sizes are above size 60 (9 US). We reserve the right to make any changes in our prices without prior notice.

Minimum order
30 pieces or pairs per design or with total invoice of US$1,000 per order is required.

Production Period
For Made to Order items, the production period is around 6 – 7 weeks depending on the design. The production will be started once the order is confirmed and the payment has been made.

Packaging
Each piece is packed individually in a poly bag and put together in one bulk pack. Special packing instruction is welcomed with an additional charges if required. Please provide special packing instruction in the comment during check out.

Payment term
We required a full payment before any order can be sent out. Payment methods include T/T or credit card.

Delivery
Please allow up to 7 days after the payment for delivering period. We highly recommend having insurance on every shipment in case of lost or stolen of merchandise.

Important Remark
Order confirmation is at customer’s duty to review and audit before confirmation. After we receive your order, we will strictly follow details as stated in order confirmation and the order cannot be cancelled. If customers wish to cancel some items or the whole order, we reserve the right to collect the deposits from customers.

Return Policy
Customers are bounded to duty of quality inspecting once merchandise arrive at the port of destination. The company only guarantees money return once receives information within 21 days that merchandises arrive at destination. The company will have no obligation if information is not given in advance of return merchandises.
